General Terms and Conditions of Sale 2012
HIRING : All hiring or payments registered on Airotel «Lou Pignada» or «Domaine de la Marina» cannot be transferred to Airotel «Le Vieux Port» and vice-versa. Each hiring is nominal and can under no circumstances be given up or sublet. The hiring can only be taken into consideration after you have signed the contract, within the 8 days following the sending-date, including an account of 25% of the total amount which will be deducted from your end-amount and 39€ booking charges, irredeemable (for all bookings from 30/6/2012 until 01/09/2012). The rest amount is payable on the 1st june 2012 maximum (for all hiring after the 1st June 2012 the total amount will be paid when you sign the contract). The hiring is only established with our agreement. As soon as we receive the hire contract with the payment, than you will receive a confirmation, which you have to present at the reception on your arrival. The number of the pitch is given as an indication, without any guarantee. From 23/6/2012 to 01/09/2012 reservations can only be made for a minimum 7 nights , or 10 or 11 nights with arrivals and departure on Saturday, Wednesday or Sunday. Off this time-period, reservations can be made for one night (but for a minimum of 2 nights at the weekends). The amount of the stay is calculated after the dates that are mentioned on the hire-contract : no discount will be given for an early departure or a later arrival, even though we may have been informed about it. Non payment of the fee by the due date may cancel your contract without warning. For insurance and safety reasons, you are not allowed to exceed the number of people as provided for each type of vacation rental. Please note that the campsite’s management will deny access to any individual exceeding the maximum number of people allowed. The tenant is meant to know the rules of the campsite and to abide by these rules. Animals are strictly forbidden in the accommodation.
MINORS NOT ACCOMPANIED : People under the age of 18 wanting to stay on site have to be accompanied by an adult, have to have parental permission, and have their contract signed by either a parent or the person in charge of them.
CANCELLATION: IMPORTANT : In case you delay your arrival or cancel your stay, please let us know about it as soon as possible in writing (by phone will not be accepted). If we don’t have any information about this, the site will be given to someone else the next day at 12.00 o’clock. The complete payment of the services is required for damages. If the cancellation comes from us, except in case of absolute necessity an indemnity of the same amount as the deposit will be transferred. Against cancellation, you will still owe us the booking and insurance costs as an indemnity for breach of contract : 25 % of the entire hire amount if you cancel before June 1st 2012, and the total hire amount if you cancel after June 1st 2012 or if you would not come at the foreseen date. If the cancellation comes from us , except in case of absolute necessity and your own responsibility an indemnity of the same amount will be transferred.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE : An optional cancellation insurance is included within your hire contract . You will be reimbursed : 25 % of the hiring fees in the case of an event occurring between the date of reservation and the 30th day before the scheduled date from which the reservation runs; 100 % of the hiring fees in the case of an event occurring less than 30 days before this date. An extract of the general conditions ruling these contracts is available at the insurance company. In case of sinister, please warn the reception as soon as you took knowledge of the matter preventing your departure or your stay. If this sinister appears in the general conditions, please inform the insurance within 48 hours and provide them with all pieces of information as well as the supporting documents. ARRIVALS – DEPARTURES : At the arrival, the hiring are at your disposal from 03.00 p.m until 08.00 p.m at the latest. The day of departure, you have to leave them at the latest 10.00 a.m. On the date of departure, you are asked to leave your pitch before 12.00 p.m. After, you have to pay one more night. Every camper must follow the inner rules of the campsite.
DEPOSITS : When renting a mobile-home, a cottage, a bungalow or a chalet, we ask you for a deposit of 200 € at arrival. This deposit is meant to cover any possible damage regarding the premises. Furthermore, you will be asked for a deposit of 85 € to cover the cleaning when not done properly before departure. We also ask you to make an appointment for the checking-out. Appointments shall be made the day before departure at the latest. We ask you to leave your vacation rental clean. Otherwise, the 85 € deposit may be taken off you and you may be asked to replace or pay for any lost, broken or damaged item. For those who wish to depart at times other than the ones set out for that purpose, the deposit will be sent back to you by post as quickly as possible provided that the rental is left in a good state of cleanliness.
ANIMALS : Animals must be kept on a leash, wear a collar, be stamped and vaccinated, own a vaccination book and declared at the reception. First category dogs (fight dogs) are prohibited on the campsite (by French law of the 30.06.1992, 22.01.1985, 06.01.1999). Please make sure their droppings are done outside the campsite.
IMAGE RIGHTS : During your stay, pictures or films of you may be taken for the purpose of our website. We may use these pictures or films for commercial or advertising purposes unless you express your refusal in writing at the reception on the day of arrival.
CAMPSITE ACCESS : Campsite bracelet must be worn.
INSURANCE CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION 2012
CANCELLATION INSURANCE : The camping signed to SART ASSURANCES a contract covering you against consequences of cancellation or interruption of your stay.
•BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE, in the following instances: serious illness or serious accident or death to: yourself or your wife/ husband (official cohabitant), or one of your relations in direct ascending or descending line, son-in-law, or daughter-in-law; conside- rable material damage to your property requiring your presence; economical redundancy; accident or theft of your vehicle and/or caravan occurring on the (direct) journey to the place you are staying at; cancellation or change of dates of leave by the employer.
•YOU WILL BE REIMBURSED : 25 % of the hiring fees in the case of an event occurring between the date of reservation and the 30th day before the scheduled date from which the reservation runs; 100 % of the hiring fees in the case of an event occurring less than 30 days before this date.
•DURING YOUR STAY, should one of the aforementioned incidents occur obliging you to shorten your stay, YOU WILL BE REIMBURSED for the sum corresponding to the part of your visit non-effected and which has already been invoiced by the camp-site.
•EXCLUDED FROM THE GUARANTEE : damage arising from wars with foreign countries, civil wars, strikes, nuclear or radioac- tive effects; damage caused intentionally by the insured person; suicide or attempted suicide by the insured person; accident, illness or death: occurring before the date the guarantee comes into force or subsequent to a chronic state of health; depression leading to hospitalisation of less than 3 days.
•WHAT TO DO IF AN INCIDENT OCCURS ? • Notify the Management of the camp-site without fail as soon as you know of an incident which will prevent your departure and in all cases within 24 hours of the said incident. • Notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary information and documents, in particular: a medical certificate specifying the nature, origin and the seriousness of the accident or illness, a copy of the detailed account from your social security offices, a death certificate, or all documents proving the incident.
