You cannot arrive at the start of your stay.

Interruption of stay
You are obliged to interrupt your stay.

Replacement vehicle
f your vehicle is immobilised due to a breakdown, material accident or theft during your stay. Under certain conditions* you can obtain a replacement vehicle.

Forgetting a personal item in the rental accommodation
If, on your return from holiday, you discover that you have forgotten an item in your rental property, the cost of sending the item to you may be reimbursed under certain conditions*.

Do you have a problem with your pet (cat or dog) during your stay? Under certain conditions*, you can be reimbursed for the cost of veterinary care, as well as obtaining assistance in the event of your pet going missing or running away.
