Making a reservation to stay at the family-friendly Domaine de la Marina campsite

People staying with you

Do I need to mention all people staying when I book?

You can tell us who will be coming with you when you make your reservation, when you arrive at the campsite, or from your account. Please note: by mentioning all the people staying with you when you book, your arrival at the campsite will be dealt with more quickly and you won’t have anything extra to pay at this time (this will have been paid for in advance).

Payment for your stay

What are the secure means of payment available for the payment of bookings?

You cay pay for all or part of your holiday booking by bank transfer, bank card (debit card, Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, Maestro and e-debit card) or by cheque, VACAF, holiday vouchers and TIR Groupé gift vouchers. To find out more, click here.

Is it possible to pay for a booking in several instalments?

Yes! You can pay for your booking in several instalments at no extra cost if you pay for your booking by debit card, and we can also carry out a deferred payment if you pay for your stay in 1, 2, 3 or even 4 cheques!

Why do I need to pay a deposit when I make a booking?

A deposit of 25% of the total price of the stay will be asked for at the time of the booking to reserve thepitch/accommodationIf you book less than a month before the arrival date, you’ll be asked to pay the total amount.

When do I need to pay the total booking amount?

The total amount of a booking must be paid at least 1 month before arrival at the campsite (at the latest on 1st June for July and August bookings). If you book your stay after 1st June, the full amount will need to be paid upon booking.

Can part of the holiday be paid for by the CAF? Is the campsite VACAF/AVF approved?

Yes, the Domaine de la Marina campsite is VACAF/AVF approved! Part of your holiday costs may be paid for by the CAF. For more information on this, please consult our page on the campsite’s labels and certification..

Arrivals and practical information for the start of your holiday

Arrival and departure times

What are the defined arrival and departure times?

Traditional arrivals are dealt with from 4pm, at the reception. Departures must take place before 10am.

How are late arrivals organised?

If you arrive late, you just need to find the watchman at the entrance of Domaine de la Marina. He will give you the keys for your accommodation or your camping pitch number and you’ll need to go to the reception the following day to carry out your check-in.

What can I do if I arrive at the campsite before 4pm?

If you arrive at the campsite before 4pm, you can access the pool while you wait for your mobile home to be ready.

Everything regarding the check-in

What is the essential information for a successful arrival?

You can collect the keys to your accommodation (or information about your camping pitch) from the reception, as soon as you arrive. You’ll need to pay the deposit and provide your vehicle’s number plate at this moment. You'll also receive a bracelet that will give you access to the various services and activities available within the campsite, and access to Le Vieux Port 5-star campsite, its facilities and animations (except the water park).

How can I save time when I arrive at the campsite?

To speed up the arrival process when you get to the campsite, you can inform us of the people staying with you when you book your holiday, and use an automatic reception terminal for complete autonomy!

We are also present on site to guide you and there is even a RESASOL app which can be downloaded on Google Play and Apple Store for access to all practical information for your holiday!

How do the automatic terminals available at the entrance to Domaine de la Marina work?

The automatic terminals allow you carry out a quick check-in! You can enter and check/validate your holiday information before paying. If you arrive at the campsite without a booking, you can even select a pitch or accommodation via une borne automatique !

Campsite opening times

What are the campsite’s reception opening times?

The 4-star Domaine de La Marina campsite reception is open:

  • En Basse saison :
    • tous les jours de 10am to 12pm and 3pm to 6.30pm
    En Haute saison :
    • du lundi au vendredi de 9am to 12.30pm and 2.30pm to 7.30pm
    • le samedi from 9am to 8pm

What are the swimming pool opening times?

The swimming pool is open and accessible 7 days a week during peak season. For more information, please go to our RESASOL app (can be downloaded on Google Play and Apple Store).


What are the restaurant opening times?

The on-site restaurant welcomes full and half-boarders between 12pm and 1pm and between 7pm and 8pm. For more information, please download our RESASOL app on Google Play or Apple Store.

Which activities are organised within the campsite?

Retrouvez activities sportives comme des cours d’aquagym ou d’aquadance directement dans la piscine couverte. Des jeux, des soirées et des différents clubs : mini-club, club enfants et club ados, rendez-vous au camping 5 étoiles Le Vieux Port, situé à 300 mètres du Domaine de La Marina.


What type of evening events are available at Domaine de la Marina?

Evening events are organised at Le Vieux Port campsite’s Arena (a few minutes away on foot). You’ll find magic evenings, cocktail games, shows, cabarets or even foam parties. Everything you need for a great time with your loves ones!

What to do in the event of a problem during the stay?

In the event of a technical incident or for any questions, you can go to the campsite reception. If necessary, a skilled worker will come to you to carry out a technical intervention.
